  1. I have lost 85# since February 24. The last month my weight has fluctuated between 203 and 197. It is very agrivating. My trainer at the gym pointed out that over the last two months I have lost 10 # and 6 inches and about 4% body fat. Thank God. But I still want to see the scale move as well. They say muscle weighs more than fat. So I guess I am losing fat and gaining muscle.

  3. I am doing cardio 5-6 days a week and strength traing on the weight machines at a local gym. MFP will let me add the exercise, sets, repetitions and weights lifted, but does not show calories burned. How can I add this into my MFP?

  7. Thank God. Arrived at Onre-land today! Highest weight 290. Day of surgery feb 24, 272#. By the grace of God 199#.
  8. I would not worry about 12 g of Protein. I get about 120 grams of protein a day but try to keep the carbs low. It is no big deal. The 60-70 grams of protein is a minimum. When my carbs go up my weight loss slows down.
  9. Getting protein first. Goliath protein drink double scoop for breakfast. 60 grams of protein Lunch and dinner taco meat 93 % lean. Low fat sour cream and four cheeses shredded cheese. I have been keeping the carbs around 30 if possible. Just started working out after a two month reprieve. 40 minutes. On the treadmill at 3.5 miles per hour a few times a week and strength training. Just started strength training for the first time. Calories for the day anywhere between 800-1000. Just works for me. Down to 204 today. Thank God for all things.
  10. Sleeved February 24. Highest weight 290. Day of surgery 272. Today 205. Thanks be to God!
  11. I think it is the diarrhea medication. The doctor wants me to go back to Clear liquids and crackers. No Protein drinks. Ugh.
  12. Ad my first post op appointment with pcp. All blood work was great. Had diarrhea for about six days. The meds make me fatigued, nauseous, dizzy and tired. Feeling depressed. Have tried every medication available over the last twenty years. A the good side I've lost 72 pounds since my ore-op diet and surgery. No exercise for about six weeks as I am too dizzy at present and have little motivation. Pray for me. Your words of council would be greatly appreciated.
