I am so happy, I lost 21 pound in three weeks I couldn't believe it .. just wanted to share the news.. I haven't weighed myself this week and I'm a month out.. its so amazing how 21 lbs makes a huge differences on ur clothes )

I have a question what are other things I can eat(drink) when being on a liquid diet. I don't want to mess up my diet but I'm hungry and idk if you are suppose to feel hungry this early after the surgery .. Im so tired of chicken broth .. plz help

so im here waiting .. Im excited and nervous at the same time .. I have a great support group ..all my siblings, parents, and fiancé took the day off to be here for me.. And I have this wonderful site full of great people. Now I just cant wait to start this new journey =) ... Im praying for the best and ill talk u guys when I get out =)

As I get my bag ready for tomorrow , I'm getting a lil nervous .. So many thoughts going through my mind like "am I doing the right thing?" " will I be able to stick to it?" "what if I don't loose weight?" so many thoughts its stressing me out... Just want to know if I'm alone in this or is it normal to feel this way?
