yes i got the LAP BAND!!!!!!! i just got it and am extremely excited i got it 2 mondays ago. and thank you all for the support it has helped me so much.

hey i only told my best friend and my immediate family consisting on my father, mother and sister...it helps having my best friend know so she can conver for me. if we go out for a drink at a party she drinks for me or helps me out by saying we are not drinking or something creative, i totaly trust her so it really helps. if you have one glass of wine try to make it last take sips on it throughout the evening. or if you take shots...well don't unless you can stop at two.

yippee that is so exciting glad to hear all is going well...and it makes sense that your stomach would hurt were the port is...i am so thankful you found that out cuz i have been thinking for the last week that i have been doing something wrong and did something and it was the band that was hurting!!!

ok so i just had my surgery!!!! but what i did is a bit out of the norm the day after i went and flew to the big island of Hawaii....and how did i survive....well on muscle milk!!!!!! the light kind of course. it was a hard week not going in the water or eating but the best part you are NOT HUNGRY AT ALL ....the first few days you will be proud if you can drink a full glass of water.

Hi i just got the surgery and my stomach still hurts i have been on all liquids for the last week. first question: how liquidy do the liquids need to be???? second should it still hurt, some of the stuff i have been drinking like smoothie's have been sorta thick. i hope i haven't screwed anything up. i need help!!!!!!!
