  1. Aaaaawwww you will be just fine.
  2. I have Cigna, I believe it was less than three weeks.
  3. Oh, my stomach hurts just from reading the combinations. But, if thats what make you feel good and helps to get your protein in, have at it and enjoy...... I haven't started having any real weird cravings yet. I am just now on my mushy foods so haven't done to much experimenting.
  4. I was not able to eat mushy foods until week four. However, I know at two weeks I would have never been able to mashed potatoes because til this day I still don't feel like eating them. At two weeks I was in such a horrible state so there would have been no way
  5. Yes this is totally normal. I felt the same way no desire to drink anything, I started to force myself to drink because I was scared to become dehydrated. I also had no energy for a long time. So far this week I am just starting to really feel back to myself.
  6. Good luck.... I will be praying that all goes well for you.
  7. Woo hoo! I can't wait to join ya!!!!
  8. Glad to hear that, I had been wondering what was going on with you. I put out an APB on you early this morning......Praying that everything is ok....
  9. I had been thinking about you since I read this. I am so sorry you are going through this hope all is going to be okay. I will be praying for you.
  10. Yes, I had this problem also. The first 3 days I was at home I barely drank anything, and because of this I was scared of becoming dehydrated so on day 4 I forced myself to start drinking nothing but water. I did not want to end up back in the hospital it was hard but I did it.
  11. I can so relate to this, I don't get sleep at night anymore. I am like a baby now sleep during the day and awake at night. Good I don't plan on going back to work anytime soon. I will wait on some advice like you from this forum......
  12. I was prescribed Ursodiol 300mg 2x's a day for 6 months and was only given a 1 month supply with 5 months of refills. this is for goldenraisin214, The contents inside the capsule doesn't have a funny taste to it.
  13. Goldenraisin214, You are not alone here, I had surgery on 01/25/2012 I thought I was doing so well. All this week I have been feeling bad tired, sluggish, weak, heart burn not being able to sleep at night and not really being able to eat or drink and then what I do eat feels like it is getting stuck, I vomitted yesterday for the first time without alot of food being on my stomach and then to top it off I only had 2lb weight lost. WTH!!!!!!!
  14. Aaaawwww Favoredone you are one awesome chick!!!!!! Jasleeve praying for a speedy reccovery!
  15. My Dr. told me 4 to 6 weeks, when I went for my 1 weeks post op he asked me how long do I want to be out. I told him until I start with solid foods. So he gave me 6weeks, and I am glad he did, because I have been so tired and some days are much better than others, like right now I am having a hard time and am glad I am not back to work yet. BTW, I had my surgeryon 01/25/2012.
  16. I have had both, but I started to just ball as I sat on the sofa yesterday trying to eat some cottage cheese. I couldn't eat it and started feeling sorry for myself because I feel like I am having so many problems trying to get my protein in. Man my boyfriend is trying his best to be so spportive but he doesn't know what to when I am feeling this way. Poor man has also had to deal with my bad mood swings. I have got to hurry up and get over this.
  17. I'm glad to hear that, because I am also at 18 lbs and have been there for about a week. So I am glad to hear that this too shall pass....
  18. I had my surgery done at a center of excelleance also and I had to stay two nights and was releasded the afternoon after the second night.
  19. OMG!!!! I have to live the staples in my stomch for the rest of my life...... Aaaawwwww maaaannnnn I didn't know this, totally bummed now...!
  20. I sorry correct me if I'm wrong please. I was under the impression that the staples dissolve, don't they? so it's five months out for SleevePirate should there still be a concern with staples?
  21. Firstday and monalisa1010 we all had our surgery the same time, you two were a day before me and I am having a miserable time also. I am able to move on to the mushy foods and everything I put in my mouth make me sick. I dread when it's time to force myself to eat something.
