  1. What a beautiful lady you are! Congratulations on your continued success.
  2. There is hope for me then! I am exhausted at 10 days post- op.
  3. That's it! Waiting for the other shoe to drop! I will continue to be thankful and try to be careful about not pushing my sleeve limitations too hard. What I love about this website is the ability to speak on anything and everything without ridicule.
  4. I think I may be worried about successful weight loss! Yes, I amuse myself, too!
  5. I am 8 days post op and feeling pretty good! The first few days were perfect...no pain, no gurgles, able to get most of my protein and all my liquids down. Basically, this is still the case, and I am very thankful, but I also wonder why I am not having any of the complications I read about?! if it weren't for the incisions, I would wonder if anything were done to me!!! Of course, the lack of hunger is a good clue, too!
  6. We often say it is the little things, but these are big things to us, aren't they?! I look forward to these "big" things!
  7. These sound good; I will look for them on next Costco trip.
  8. My husband blends all my pills up for me in my morning protein shake.
  9. Love this thread! I, too, was wondering if I was really sleeved! LOL!
  10. So far, so good...or should I say so far, so wonderful!! My husband and my sister are here, and I have to admit I like being waited on. I am most impressed with Dr. Umbach and his staff here in Henderson, NV. They left no questions unanswered. God is SO awesome, as HE put everything in place for me to be able to have this surgery!
  11. All of the above are pet peeves of mine! I REALLY cringe when I receive a business letter using any or all incorrectly.
  12. Ohmigosh! There is no doubt there is a difference! You look fantastic!
  13. I will definitely pray for you. I wil be going in on Friday!
  14. I will be 63 next week; will be sleeved this Friday, March 23rd.
  15. You have the gift of encouragement. Thank you for sharing your gift.
  16. Me, too.....praying for all. I have a 43 year old daughter who just can't get her stuff together! Reading a great book right now. "How to Set Boundaries With Your Adult Children" by Allison Bottke. I highly recommend it. Sue
  17. My personal opinion is ephedrine is not a good idea. It makes my heart race.
  18. I haven't thought too much about what I will shop for, but I do know where I will shop! Cold water Creek!
  19. I will be praying about this for you! Those darn head games! Sue
  20. Congratulations! To both of you!!!
