    I had a true love affiar with food. Before I went to bed I would think about what food I was going to eat the next day. I ate out pretty much everyday. I would also eat everything on my plate and stuff myself. I just enjoyed food like a addiction. Food was my drug.

    I have a 10cc band, and I have had 3 fills as of right now. I'm still in the yellow zone, and I have zero restriction. I have 6cc. Everyones sweet spot is different. Good Luck!!!

    I have pcos, and I had lap band eight weeks ago. So far I have lost 43lbs and 41 inches. I have only had two fills. I struggle everyday and I'm really hard on myself. If you put your heart into it to will get results. I know several women that lost weight and don't have any systoms of pcos anymore. Good Luck!!!
