I found out I like Alpine punch Isopure it has 4 gram of protein in a 20 oz. bottle so I have been drinios a day and unfortunally eating healthy once a day because drinking those drinks are making me stay full which is good , so I am also staying hydrated I do drink my water when I can in between at work it is not easygh to get my drink on but I try to eat a small bit though also , but with all the drinking I am having to usethe restroom more , that sucks, oh well I am really trying.

You are right, 'cept maybe ice cream!;-(
