I've tried all of the diet pills, diet plans, lipo shots, etc...they work and they stop working. I needed a more permanent life changing solution and the lap band was it...so glad i decided to do it after hearing a lot of negative things about the procedure and the results...following my own mind and going along with the surgery was the best thing i could've done...satisfied!!
