Hello, I am 36 weeks post op. My starting weight was 412lbs. and I lost 40 pre-op today I am 285 and feeling great off all my meds from week 3 I am looking to get to 220 weight lost is slowing down but still going the right way

Hello, Well I hope to have my sleeve surgery in a few months I also starting at 410. I am an Officer riding around in a car all night. I know there will be a lots of hard work ahead
