What's the deal? Talked to some friends, they are also having high BP problems. Worse than mine!

I think menopause symptoms have returned why Im feeling crappy, as my bp is back to normal but still feeling hot and just not me..

Yeck, the perimenopause! It comes on at any given time and I'm a scalp sweater so that usually means no hairstyle for me that day. I feel that when I have my surgery, I will get off high blood pressure meds just to substitute them for menopause pills. What gives! Good luck and hope it doesn't last long for you.

I as doing pretty good keeping them under control, but I've been trying different protein drinks to keep costs, I've been on Optifast for ever and that pretty much keep all the s/s away but since Ive been experimenting, I've been a mess, told my hubby this a.m. that even though they might cost alittle more I am worth it!

Yum lunch, cup of organic Costco soup, a small square of cornbread with a dollop of spinich dip on top! Highly satisfying....

3 years ago when I had my mam done, could hardly get them close to the machine, today, they got "smashed" so thin,.. it was almost sad, lol

Good for you for getting the checked first and foremost , also just link they had all that stuff and they probally couldn't get a real clear pic before , but now that you are getting more healthy , they can see more of nothing hopefully , but I applause all women and men also to get their breast checked to be safe and look at you taking more steps to be healthy , good for you.

Yesterday I had to go home and change pants (big hole on side,no idea how), I grabbed a pair of pants and tried on and thought these must be older pair, they fit loose) I got home and they were a size 12P, wow total NSV!

NSV: tried on new underwear, couldn't tell which were the legs and which was waist everything was same size.. lol

LOL I had to buy a couple of smaller sizes , and even the smaller ones are already getting a bit loose , look at the size you used to fit into , and look at the size now , maybe you will have to take a pic and post of the before and after lol , got to post this as a NSV, as it is , now probally time to get measured to see what size you are on top and bottoms.

Went into Subways for lunch with hubby, when they asked what kind of cheese, I said achiago, everybody stopped and looked, I said I'm in the wrong resturant aren;t I?!?!? lol..

Went into beauty shop Friday with my daughter , new haircut, had my eyebrows done.. and other things. NSV!

At last night's Zumba class, someone came up to me and congratulated me on my weight loss, hips don't lie!

The night is quiet when a lone fart breaks the silence, a few minutes later you hear another one. I turn to my hubby and tell him it's almost as if they are answering each other.. He is my NSV!!!

What was I thinking? for new years, I ended up eating cornbread and uncooked oat/peatnut butter fudge. Finally getting it out of my system...

I realize now there was always pretty clothes, it was me that didn't feel pretty.....
, hopefully stop that shake, back to basics, and things will calm down.. I like Optifast, but that stuff's expensive, I get it from ebay now and then.
