well welcome to the community! Feel free to post n blog all you want, it helps to know that are people going through the same situation. i remember my first appt n how i wanted time to fly so that i could be sleeved lol.. n here i am one month op so hang in there, u will be sleeved in no time! my birthday present to me was getting sleeved! its all worth it! It feels great! so for ur up coming birthdate, blow a candle because u will have another birth date to add to ur calendar! ;>

i am 3 weeks out n i find it better if i freeze the water , it feels so good lol.. n also nice cold crystal light hmmmm.but still cant get the required amount.

Hi Angie! Hey, aren't we human? I'm *still* working on perfecting me, but guess what - that's never going to happen. All I can do is keep chipping away, and getting the VSG is only the first step.
And, you are still early out so yes, the weight loss is going to happen no matter what or how much you eat. Just know that it does get harder the longer you're out. I speak from experience, and though I'm not trying to lose weight per-se, keeping it off is not all that easy. It IS easier than before my sleeve, but again it does take a lot of diligence on my part. I can see that if I didn't watch myself I really could gain my weight back.
