  1. All ur answers are perfect. I'm at day 10 and I started mushy a little early and got carried away. Think I'm eating to fast even though it's a lot slower the n before and think I shouldn't have eaten chicken. Gonna try to get ack to basics for the remainder of my 2nd week. Then go for chicken. It's all confusing and so many ppl with different things it's kinda doping my hedge in, so confusing. All the best to you all and marry Xmas!

  4. I was banded last fri 16dec and this wk was hell. Tonite was dinner at my dads, this is always huge and my step mum is an amazing cook. I was gonna cancel and thought I may just try. I had little bits of everything soft, pumpkins, eggs, risotto. And I'm fine, just take it easy, when you eat take ur time and small bites. It's hard when h feel like you'll never have the same life food wise, I knw I feel sad, but I also knw it's best and my health is way more important. Merry Xmas.
  5. Thanks for all the replies. As for the chocolate, I've been given the ok. I can't stomach soup. Yoghurt and custard are making me gagg. Had eggs today........unbelievable!
  6. I am exactly 1 week post op. I have been mOstly good with liquids, buts st nite I ate watermelon, I think it's stuck? I feel ok, just full...... I think I'm actually unsure??? Would I knw if the food was stuck? Is it painful? Would I knw for sure? I kinda feel like there's fullness in my neck. BTW I'm so glad I found this forum, so comforting to knw I'm not the only one with crazy food thoughts Also does anyone have thoughts on scrambled eggs start of 2nd wk?
  7. I had my surgery on the 16 dec just last week. Unread this hoping someone would say its ok to eat, and I have noticed there is so much focus on shakes. I haven't had a shake since my op. I was told whatever goes through a straw I can eat. I have been a little naughty any had watermelon, but I chewed it really well. I'm living on juice, icey poles Lillie's and chocolate. I'm craving normal food, scrambled eggs would be amazing! Good luck, and I hope this will add a little variety
