My preacher came by afterward and sat with my husband while I was beening transfered to recovery. He is a great guy. He has seen me in through a lot. I work with the youth, so I go along on all the trip, like to beach trip and snow skiing. He told me that I looked better the day od surgery then the day at the water park. LOL If you have someone to come visit you, try to ask them to be positive toward you before hand. I knew he would joke with me. So I knew it would be good. My BFF came by to see me, but I don't remember her being there. I talked to her once I got home. She came and got me yesterday and took me to see Christmas lights and brought me a unsweet tea. She is the BEST. Tried to surround your self with positive people. If you do experience negative remarks. Ignore them, because in a few month, you can throw the weight lose in their face. LOL

I am going to get out of the house today. Hopefully will be okay.

My co-worker know and are supportive so far. My family and some friends. I have a feeling one of my friends will not be supportive. She was trying to get me to drink a beer with her yesterday. I told her no and made up an excuse of why I had to leave. Hope she will do better

I started mine on the 3rd and I have lost 11 lbs. I wished I could get out and walk more. The weather has been so bad. My do some excerise. You can mix your coffee with the milkshakes?

You are lucky no solids here just liquid

I have to do the 3 protein shakes a day, I can have sugar free jello, pudding , Icecream, gatoraideYogurt for breakfast and all the unsweet tea and cyrstal lite. Today, I mixed a yogurt with a shake to add substance, since I could have one after it. I have to do this till sugery on the 15th.

My surgery is in 12 days. I am waiting also for the call from the hospital. I am on day 1. Hope all goes good.

Jamesmom, I am the in the same boat. My surgery is 12/15 and I am doing the all liquids. Every once in a while I get a bit of hunger. I eat what is on the list.
