I have appt. tomorrow to sign the paperwork as my lap band surgery is scheduled for this coming FRIDAY!!!
As much as I want this.... I'm starting to have a LOT of reservation and fear. The past 2 weeks I've been having
sharp chest pains. I was just in the hospital this week for the "scope" and afterwards they did a EKG test and
stress test. They claim my heart looks good... but I still have chest pain. Also after talking with another Lapbander
she told me you have to give yourself shots in the stomach immed. after surgery in case of blood clots. (My office
never even mention this) She had her surgery back in 2007 so she is not sure if things have changed now. Just
having a lot of doubt right now, but I know if I DON"T get surgery I'll probably be 400 pounds by next year.
