I've been banded since dec2012 and have only lost 25 lbs better than nothing right but I think I eat right and i don't loose or I gain weight back I have 14 band with 8cs in it I don't think I need a fill don't eat much so I'm asking for advice like what's your daily meals , calories etc, etc it would be greatly appreciated , I have a Greek yogurt in morning shake for lunch and dinner sensible meal and still not losing at times i gain 5 lbs thanks

Any helpful tips , what are your every day foods, routine?

Thanks I will look into them, just need an accurate scale every time I go to my doctor its off by like 5 lbs , and some digital you stand and it says errr.

Hi everyone so its been like 5 days and i feel like i have something stuck in my throat since thin i have been just doing liquids and still have feeling i can almost taste mucos sorry .i dont knowif anyone has experienced this i didnt eat anything hard or bread i just had soups no chicken

I did try it for a couple of months wgen I first got banded I was so hungry so I tried it and I lost a lot of weight it helps hut its up to you goodluck

I had my band put in a year ago and my doc said I had a leak so he was going to fix anyways when he was going to fix he said he had to replace the whole thing it was difective but he put a big band iin cause of the scar tissue I just had a fill yesterday and believe he put 4ccs anyone have a big band ? How do u feel with a big band and are u at green zone?

I went to the doctor today And he said I have a leak I need surgery he said its rare but it happens I want to know is recovery hard and could it happen it again.

So I had a leak with my other band two days ago I got my new one so I don't remember what foods to eat first weeks I know liquids but what else your advice would really help thanks
