What do u usually eat? I was banded Dec 27,11 and have only lost 20 pounds its so hard for me.

I had my surgery dec 27 11 from then and now i have lost only about 10 pounds.I have had 5 fills i think i am at 6.7 cc. Every month i would get a fill and i would feel nothing like i never had the band i told the doctor what a waste of time he said it will eventually work.So i had a fill on monday and i waited a couple of days to go to solids and bam i felt restriction with little food what a difference so i just want to say hang in there you will get there.Today i had tuna and i barely had 2 spoons and i was full for like 4 hours .It will come patience now to figure out what i can and canot eat Goodluck everyone!!!

Thank you all for the info I have an appt with my doctor and if he gives me a small fill or no fill then I will go to Tijuana will they take you even if they didn't do the surgery?

My doctor only gives me 1cc each time I go I have gone to 4 fills and still hungry haven't lost any weight I'm thinking to go to Tijuana and look for a fill doctor has anyone done this or know how much they charge for a fill in Mexico if I don't it will take me forever.

So I had my third fill about a week ago and I just noticed I have purple and blue where they put my fill, is this normal?

So I had a fill yesterday and did liquids all day yesterday today had tuna just a spoonful and it wasn't good should I wait to eat food or is this normal.

Does anyone eat these or flour tortillas. Don't know what to eat.

We'll I went to the doctor and he said its OK just measure your food and gave me a small fill I wad worried for nothing now to eat well and see if it works.

I was banded Dec 27 2012 and have had only one fill doc didn't say how much he said a couple of ccs I really don't eat much mainly have drinks and when I eat a small meal I gain everything I lost and more my doc is kind of rough he gives you the look and says you know what u have to do

I go to Dr.Simpson in Phoenix MT question is who goes to him and how are you doing I got the band in December 11 and haven't lost any Weigh maybe 7 lbs how many fills have you had and if you have gained weight does he get upset and don't give u a fill what am I doing wrong what do I eat lately I'm just doing liquids and I ate a meal yesterday and gained 5 lbs:(

So I noticed I gained weight so I decided to do a liquid diet for a week do in a week I lost 5 lbs but I ate yesterday a little bit of food and I weighted myself and I gained back the 5 lbs and tomorrow I see my doctor I'm thinking I should cancel because he will be upset.why does this happen?what do I do why am I not loosing the weight was this a waste of time?

I had my first fill like 3 weeks ago and don't feel any different and I've gained 6 lbs I believe I have a 10 bag and doc gave me a couple ccs u don't know what I'm doing wrong .

Is anyone taking Phentermine with their lapband I'm considering taking them I have had one fill and am always hungry and if you are taking them where do you buy them.

I want to know if anyone is also taking Phentermine I'm looking into taking it to see if it helps my hunger I have had one fill and its not helping any advice on this.

Today was my first fill in the doctors office I was scared but everything went OK he told me lay down got a needle and said it was a pinch it was true didn't hurt at all he put in 3ccs it felt weird going in then he said get up and drink this water. I did but I could only take sips slowly he said relax give it couple minutes then I felt fine.I felt like I wanted to burp while drinking water I went home and feel fine liquids for 24hours .

Its been about 3 weeks since my surgery I want to know if its OK to have sugar free candy?

I started my solids already so two days ago I had a bite of bread I felt like I was dying chest pain wanted to throw up really horrible and yesterday I had a corn tortilla same thing is this always going to happen I only have 2ccs that I had put in the hospital.

I was banded on Dec 27 I gained 8 lbs and to this day I still weigh the same is this normal. I've been eating jello and broth What is going on am I doing something wrong.did I fail

Where do you get a card I have never heard about it my doctor hasn't even mentioned it

My opinion is the lapband is worse I've had 4csections and this lapband surgery is killing me so much pain
