Almost 1 Year Gastric Sleeve Anniversary Depressed About Weight

So january 31 2012 would be a 1 year anniversary i have lost 85 pounds so far but i hear people that lost 100 of pounds and it not even been a year i feel like im stuck im down to like 5 pound a month any suggestion on how i can enhance the weight loss i started out 295 i am now 210 my goal is to be 180 also can someone give me feedback on how long u can lose weight after surgery 1 year, 2 years, 3 year, -
