  1. going to be a busy weekend coming up.

  2. Great day so far. Did a 1 1/1 hr hard workout. Getting to the gym is alot easier now that I have been going 2-3 days a week for a month.I weighed in at the gym and total loss of -34.2lbs and -20.75 total inches. woot woot!! Even though I fell off the band wagon the other day Im still down 4 lbs in two weeks.. My goal is 2 a week.. NSV if you call it that I have to get my wedding ring sized down one of these days it's going to slip off, my watch too turns on my wrist..

  4. You had asked what people are eating. Here is some of the things I have been eating. For Breakfast #1> Hard boiled egg and a piece of toast with sugar free jam and a yop (yogart drink). Breakfast #2> 1/2 cup of oatmeal and a piece of fruit, apple, pear or peach. Lunch #1> mini wrap with canned salmon lite mayo and lettuce and 1/4 cup of cottage cheese on the side, and a glass of milk 1/2 before the meal and the other 1/2 in a bit after. Lunch #2> 1/2 an Egg salad pita and 1/2...

Well I feel as though I kinda fell off the band wagon yesterday and some today I ate more than I should of and I had a "snack" before bed I never even thought about it I just did it and after I felt horrible I had. It wasnt a really bad one it was 2 cheese slices and 8 crackers made into little sandwiches. Tonight I BBQed steak and had only my 3 oz, had 1/4 cup of beats and a half a cup of KD that my kid was having. Then and hour later I had 3 choc eggs and a half piece of toast folde...

  7. How did everything go was it as you expected? How are you feeling? What did you think of Doctor Mitchell. I had him also he sure takes the time to make sure your ok with everything. I seen him a few weeks ago for my first fill, he's reasuring. Anyways get some well needed rest.

    Discouraged

    I had just talked to my dietition about this. Do you have a support team, nurses, Dietition ect you can call up. Anyways what she said to me is the swelling goes down and the hunger increases because the band becomes looser. She also had asked how much water I am drinking and when. I was drinking only 4 cups of water max a day she told me to increase my water intake between meals taking in about 1/4 to 1/2 a cup or so every 15-30 mins. This will help tie you over longer. It really works and helps flush out your fat that you are burning also. You should never feel full it indicates that you have eaten too much. Slowing down eating is hard she said to divide food on your plate into 4 equall sections and take 5 mins to eat each. 45 sec's - 1 min per bite. I hope this helps you a little it has me.
  13. So pumped now that I talked to the dietition from the SWLC. Gave some great insight and tips. I will post them when I have more time, I'm on my way to work in just a bit. I will be back in about 12hrs. Have a fantastic weekend all. Woot Woot

  19. Had a good workout at the gym today. Im aiming for 3 days a week.

  20. Got my first fill Tue and it sure has helped get me to 4hrs of feeling satiety unlike before only 2 maybe 3hrs.

  21. Going to Calgary Tuesday for my first fill. Does anyone know if Dr.Mitchell uses frezzing when doing a fill.
