  1. Hello, everyone. My name is Gene and I am currently waiting for my surgery date. I'm with Dr. Malley in KS and my surgery will be at Menorah Medical Center. I'm a 51 year old grandma currently weighing 371 and wanting to get down to 175. My grandchildren are 18 months and 3 months old and I want to be able to do things with them like take them to the park and to the pool - all the things that I can't do now because I'm an elephant! Thanks to TracyinKS for sending me over here so I can chat with fellow bandsters about our life-changing event! Gene:)
