Good Morning, I have a very long day ahead of me. Work and than I go for a fill. After that I will meet up with my friend Judy for KS. So it will be late tonight before I check in. Janie Thanks for the update. I know what you mean about having a holiday on your day off. I like t have thing normal even though they deserve a day off too. Janie, Thanks for the info on Kat and Manda. Glad to hear that your fill is working out for you. Hope this gets you on the losing side. I remember when hubby went to work at night and I was all alone here at the house. I couldn't get over how much noise the house made. It creeped me out. I finally realized that if the cats didn't react than it wasn't anything to worry about. Still spooky though. Horrible eating day and just in time for my Doctor's appointment. Just lovely. Too quite around here. Can't wait for everyone to get back and things get back to somewhat normal. I sure hope that I didn't do or say anything to make TracyKS leave us. If I did, I am truly sorry. I miss having her here and keeping us accountable. Keeping my fingers crossed that she forgives me and decides to return. Everyone have a great evening and a great big hug to Kat.

Hey Everyone,:thumbup: :rose:I went to our support group meeting and it was a really good one. We atarted out with since it is Valentine's, why don't we talk about relationships. Not just with our spouses but with our families and with co-workers. It was an eye-opener. Really good.:wub: It ended with flim crew from a local station filming us for an up coming show that they are doing on support groups. I'm going to be a star. :heart:Do you guys want my autograph? :rose:Came home and grabbed hubby and we went to a new Bar & Grill that opened a few weeks ago.:rose: A Bike Bar. I had a margi and hubby had a beer, we shared a plate of nachos and we didn't even eat all of it. :rose:He's in taking a nap now and I'm going to be headed to church here soon. Happy Valentine's to All my Violets. Up and getting ready to go to the Support Group meeting. Other than that, not much going on. I kept teasing my hubby that I wanted something big and chocolate for Valentine's. Yup, you guessed it. A big huge box of chocolates. I said "Are you out of your mind?" He said "you asked for it". Morning girls. It cold a dreary here, calling for snow later today. Sitting here watching the news about the plane crash. There was a lady on board that lost her husband in the twin towers. She was on her way to his hometown to celebrate what would have been his birthday by giving a scholarship to the local high school. So many more sad stories will be coming out of this. My friends and I are probably going to the movies today. I'm working really hard at trying to convince myself that I DON'T need the popcorn. Wish me luck. Kat, I sent a card to Manda at your address. SuzieT, Them are fightin words. I'm a huge Dolly fan and love the song and name Jolene. She is one lucky little girl. I got called into work for a couple of hours. Home now and just took dinner out of the oven and put two loaves of banana bread in. House is going to be smelling good here soon. I've done really excellent on my eating today, just need to keep it up for my appointment Monday. I need that fill. Judy, I loved te pic.

I'm back from taking Sis to the Gas Doc. Everything is ok but he wants a ulta sound of her belly and she needs a colonoscopy. Great, more running around for me to do in my spare time!!!! I sent TracyKS a message on Facebook also. I haven't heard from her either. Beautiful day here today. Hubby and I are taking doggie up to the Parkway here at 1pm for a walk and than back here for lunch. Than I have alot of paperwork to do for the Shrink Doc. He wants a daily food intake chart done. Yikes. Can I lie on it????????

I was driving today and this old Travis Tritt song came on, it's my favorite of his. I got to thinking of all of you and how thankful we have been here lately. So I copied some of the words for you to read. It's a great day to be alive. I got rice cooking in the microwave Got a three day beard I don't plan to shave And it's a goofy thing but I just gotta say Hey, I'm doing alright Yeah I think I'll make me some homemade soup Feelin' pretty good and that's the truth It's neither drink nor drug induced No, I'm just doin' alright And it's a great day to be alive I know the sun's still shinin' when I close my eyes There's some hard times in the neighborhood But why can't every day be just this good? Home from work and I'm pooped. Not sure how to take what HarleyNana had to say to us. I'm sure she means well but ALL I wish is for the best for Kat, Manda and Kinsey. I really don't see any of us saying anything to hurt Kat. She's our sister. In fact I mailed a card today to Manda to let her know she is in my thoughts. I'm sure we all wish her love and hope. Tomorrow I will be gone most of the day. I have to work in the morning than head over tothe Doc's to give blood for tests. Than my Aunt is having surgery so I'm headed over to hte hospital, it's just a hernia repair but someone needs to be there when she wakes up. I'll be home in time to fix something to eat and than it's our shift at the hospital. So it will be late before I can check in. Judy, I am wishing you and your family as much luck, faith and hope for your journey. I will keep all of you in my prayers. Ok for us that have no children and get grossed out by all that birthing gunk, can you take it to the Baby Thread if there is one. Just the nasty gunky talk. Good Morning Girls. After a somewhat horrible day yesterday I took a muscle relaxer last night and ended up sleeping till 9am. I won't bore you with my trival problems when I have several Violets suffering so bad. My heart goes out to all of you and my prayers are for a fast, speady and complete recovery. Today I have to run to the library and renew the books I'm still reading. Post Office and than off to work. Don't forget that today is CTCD. I'm Thankful so a sunshiny day and it also being somewhat warm. I'm Thankful for my good health, for my family and my Violets.

Up and getting ready to start my day. Scale is back on my side again. I really appreciate that. Makes all the hard work worth it. Everyone have a great day. Today I am thankful for my Violets, Family and my measly little job.
