Thanks you guys for the advice, I was able to eat a popsicle very easy, I wanted to try some soup but dont want it to burn!

Im sick with strep throat and a fever, I havent ate anything since Wednesday nor drank much of anything due to the pain. Do I need to force myself to eat?

My band holds 11cc and I am at 9.6cc as of now. I have been on liquids since the 19th and feel okay with it. I just looked at the 5 day pouch and think I will try it since Im already at it. I dont eat much but only get hungry in the evenings so that could be my problem.

Today I got my 6th fill which puts me at 9.6cc. I am still at a stand still. I am wondering if I need to do something to help my band shrink my stomach. I am considering a liquid diet? And suggestions???

I think I am tight also now in the morning because I am not hungry at all in the mornings, it's the evening when i become very hungry and could eat everything in sight. Thanks for the information!

It's been three weeks since my last fill putting me at 9.2cc. Today I ate a banana for the first time and became very nauseous! has this ever happened to anyone else? Should I add this to my DO NOt eat list?

Happy New Year to everyone! Ok you guys, I really need help on making better food choices. I saw the dietician but she wasn't too helpful to me. Maybe because she hasn't went through the surgery herself. Can you guys tell me some safe foods that will work?

Ok you guys, I went to see my surgeon today for my 4th fill and I was filled with .6cc, which puts me at 8.6. He stated that now with proper diet and exercise I should start seeing results as of now. However, I didnt gain nor lose any weight!

Wow, that may need to be an option for me depending on what My surgeon does tomorrow. I just feel like by my forth fill I should have some restrictions and I dont.

I have received 3 fills so far and dont feel any restrictions yet, my last 2 fills were 1cc each. Can the doctor put more then 1cc in my band or is that the max at once?

I lost 22 pounds pre surgery and only 5 since surgery. Im not totally sure exactly how cc's I have I do know my last two fills I was given 1cc each time and my first fill I was given .5 cc's. Im not sure what was done during surgery.
