Bananas

It's been three weeks since my last fill putting me at 9.2cc. Today I ate a banana for the first time and became very nauseous! has this ever happened to anyone else? Should I add this to my DO NOt eat list?

I think I am tight also now in the morning because I am not hungry at all in the mornings, it's the evening when i become very hungry and could eat everything in sight. Thanks for the information!

I have good restriction and find bananas are very easy to take. Maybe try just a little bit at a time to see how you go.

I can eat only a little bit of one, when I'm at proper restriction. Otherwise it's out the Question.. So very small pieces.

my problem with bannans is from the first bite i feel like i am choking

restrictons big time

i used to love bannans sine my chemo in 2006 i used to eat at least 2 a day (at one point during chemo my potassium was real low so the dog said to go home and eat 4 to 6 bannans---mush better thant a pill or IV)....i do miss them
