I've been told don't worry about weight loss because you're healing. When do I focus on the weight loss?That's my whole motivation:(

I thought it was strange that I'd already had,my period for the month and I started bleeding the day after surgery.Nurse said surgery affects some women that way.Strange.

That's why I'm thinking somethings wrong because I'm full after four bites. This strange since I'm just getting off liquids and was starving.

I'm worried about vomiting.

TracieR is the chicken salad home made or store bought? Does ground turkey go down better than ground beef?

Taking GasX strips, walking around only helps temporarily.Any suggestions?

Thanks guys,I'm taking GasX strips which help temporarily. Sitting up and walking around helps.Since its cold out, can't go walking:(

The only pain I have is the gas, its nothing like I've ever felt!

Heading in now, could use all the encouragement I can get.I've never had surgery and scared to death.

I can have only clear liquids:(I was specifically told that, after midnight, I can't have so as a piece of gum. I'm just really hungry right now but tomorrows coming fast and I'm looking forward to it!

Tomorrow is surgery is making me hungrier,its only noon and I have a hunger headache:(

I'm at the end of a cold and now have a dry cough, will they cancel my surgery tomorrow?

Thanks guys,I've cooked for my family for the week, did laundry, grocery shopped for them and me, have my things ready. Nothing left but to do it and for me that means being brave and think of the future!
