Just found out today from my GI that green tea was a bad idea as a caffeine alternative. So I am quitting both coffee and tea for good. :0/

I checked this week about my permanent piercing jewelry I have in and they said absolutely not, so I'm going to gave the piercing place remove it n put it back after. The surgeon said any small metal will interfere with surgical equipment, etc. It's a definately no on the perching jewelery.

Good question sandy. I have the same reaction n my biggest fear is in regards to staples, leakage, infection, rupture.

I don't have a child but I'm your age abd having vgs done this month.
