I HAD MY BAND ON 9/19/2011 IT WAS A PIECE OF CAKE EXCEPT FOR THE GAS PAIN SO I WALKED WALKED WALKED ALL I CAN TELL YOU IS TO GO IN WITH A SUPER POSITIVE ATTITUDE HAVE FUN WITH IT AND ALL WILL BE WELL.I LOST 23 LBS. IN TEN DAYS NOW THATS COOL.
