Stuck At The Same Wt

My starting wt was 250 lbs on 10-10-11 at which time I stated my pre surgery liquid diet. On the date of my surgery 10-25-11 I weighed 243 lost 7 lbs. At first the weight came off fast. But now I seem to get stuck at the same weight for awhile. Finally this morning I lost another lb. I was 225 for almost 2 weeks and stated to get frustrated but this morning I was 224lbs. I have lost a total of 26lbs. I have not had a band fill yet and am scheduled for that on 12-8-11. Hopefully at that time I'll start to see a little faster wt loss. Does this happen to anyone else?

Remember that even when the scale isn't moving, you can be (and probably are) still losing inches!!

It happens to me, still almost 8 months later and remembering that always makes it a lot easier! :) Hang in there!!

But I am pushing the workouts now and measuring food in hopes to move that scale. And yes my clothes are fitting better.

Wow! I think you have done great!!! I was banded on 10/20/11 and I have only lost 15 lbs. I think 26 lbs is AWESOME!!! Congratulations!!!

I keep track of everything I eat using myfitnesspal.com ( user bustout321). You can add me. I stay at 1200 calories and try to hit the gym min 3 days a week. If you combine these activities, the scale will go down. I also speak with my DR and get fills when he suggest and I do keep an eye on the green zone chart. This lets me know If I need a fill. Also, pounds is not all you should concentrate on. Waist, legs and arms are getting smaller! So stay positive and keep yourself accountable and best luck!
