  2. if anyone had a list of questions they asked their surgeon at the time of their pre op appointment I'd love to hear them! My surgery is May 11 and the pre op is April 23rd. As most of you probably understand my mind had been racing ever since I got approved and I haven't stopped thinking of this surgery. I have started a list of some questions I want to ask like How long is the hospital stay etc but I want to make sure I don't forget to ask something I'm going to end up thinking about after I leave. I know I could always call but I'd like to actually ask these questions to the surgeon. let me know what you guys asked!! thanks

  8. I am 20 years old, 240 lbs, not sure of my exact BMI but I know it's around 38. I have UPMC insurance and it would be great if anyone knew if that covered it as well. I am in college and I have gained 60 pounds in the last 2 and a half years. I just started my junior year of college and I'm afraid im goung to gain another 60 pounds in the next two years. Some advice please! My cousin recently had this surgury and she's 70lbs down in 3 months and I'd kill for that! I wouldn't want to lose more than 100l lbs and stay around 140. Also, Im from Pittsburgh area so if anyone is familiar please let me know. Thanks!
