  1. A agree with Terry. Weight training is to gain muscle, not lose fat. Aerobic exercise will help with weight loss.

  10. Keep chewing and limit intake to approximately 1 cup. Yes, I believe it is a bit of bandster hell. Make sure you eat enough protein, that helps you feel full longer. Hang in there, you sound normal to me. Happy Valentine's Day!
  11. I don't because once I start it is hard to stop! I do eat low carb tortillas about once a week with chicken for lunch.
  12. Do what you feel is right for you. You sound very motivated, and as other have stated the procedures have changed since 2006. It has to be something you want and are willing to commit to, though. You already should know fr om your earlier experience it is a lifestyle change, not a diet.

  21. I have found no exercise that works. My long term plan is surgery.
  22. A little down right after surgery is normal. It will get better. Honest! I had similar thoughts, but if you stick with it,the results will come! Best wishes for a good week!
  23. Please be sure you can still get liquids down. Hamburger rolls are prime stuck material.
