  5. My band had 3.5 cc at time of surgery, and first fill was to 4.0 cc, now at 4.5 and no fills for 6 months.

  7. Sounds like it would work for you, but you may have to self pay.
  8. The liquid diet is to allow you internal systems to heal from the surgery. Please follow doctors orders. Also, the BF shake sounds awesome. I use dry PB and unsweetened almond milk. I will give it try!
  9. I agree it sounds like it is time for a nutritionist. Go easy on bread... it can be a huge challenge.
  10. It means your surgeon will have more repair work to do, but don't fret. All will turn out well!
  11. I would think the port site is healed, but the bloating may be stretching things. Make sure you check in with your weight loss surgeon. And congrats on the new baby!

  14. Scrambled eggs, soups, soft cooked veggies, most restaurants will have a vegetarian dish. Pot roast with gravy if you chew well.

  16. Sounds like regular visits to the weight loss doc and nutritionist might be in order.
  17. Just find one fast and hook in with their support staff! I think it is important to have source of solid medical input!
  18. My doc recommended against gummies as they can stick in your pouch.
  19. You may be able to eat less and feel satisfied. That is the ultimate goal! It make take a couple of fills to get you there. Keep doing what you know you should and watch out for bread... it can be sneaky and cause a delayed reaction.
