  6. I have had both recovery from gall bladder took longer and I was in more pain. I was more nauseated after lap band but only because I didn't take that little anti nausea pill prior to lap band surgery. My surgeon explains that the risk is when he makes an incision behind the stomach next to the liver that he does it basically by feel taking extra time in that spot to be accurate. Which at first I thought sounded weird and scary but that information was followed by his statistics and success rate.

  9. So, I fought emotional eating tonight. I auditioned for something and didn't get picked and it just so happened I was at the store when I found out. So, there I am standing in the store wanting to eat Crappy comfort food. I reached out and was 90% talked off my emotional response. I had such anxiety about it. Breath breath get out of the candy aisle. Ended up with animal cookies, but considering what I was originally going to devour I at least feel like I attempted to acknowledge the behavior maybe next time I will resist buying anything at all. Emo eating 1 me 0!
