Protein In Water?

I've started adding my unflavoured protein powder to my water with a crystal lite pack and it is good, still light and refreshing. Does anyone else do this or do you get enough protien from food alone?

What brand do you use? I am lacking protien and need something you can't taste!

The Special K Protein Water is actually pretty good. You just add the packets to your bottle of water. It has 5 (?) g of protein per packet.

precision all natural whey from new zealand it is not tasteless just unflavoured

I use the whey protien liquid Walmart has two kinds one with 26grams pro and one with 46grams protien. I also add this to very cold water. They are flavored but very sweet. They have 120 calories each.
