Emo Eating

So, I fought emotional eating tonight. I auditioned for something and didn't get picked and it just so happened I was at the store when I found out. So, there I am standing in the store wanting to eat Crappy comfort food. I reached out and was 90% talked off my emotional response. I had such anxiety about it. Breath breath get out of the candy aisle. Ended up with animal cookies, but considering what I was originally going to devour I at least feel like I attempted to acknowledge the behavior maybe next time I will resist buying anything at all. Emo eating 1 me 0!

Congrats on battling the emo monster and winning!!!! I still have moments where I struggle with dealing with stress and strive to take every chance to make a better choice. I'm also always open to hearing how other people do this.

You acknowledged the behavior and won a victory! Even a partial victory like animal crackers is good. It means your willpower is getting stronger. Congratulations!

That is awesome! Congratulations, that is a BIG victory!!!!

Wrong. Emo eating 1 you 1! You acknowledged what was happening and you made a better food choice. That is a win for you. Keep up the good work . Next time you might just walk out of the store. Be proud of your actions, I'm proud of you.
