  1. I know that feeling. It is still very easy to slip back into old habits.... big bites, and two fast. My hubs told me last night to SLOW DOWN. So even though we have been successful the journey continues!

  6. Personal decision, but do be prepared to answer questions... Are you OK? What are you doing to nlose so much weight! I just tell folks I am doing great and following a restricted diet. Seems to work fine.

  9. Fantastic progress. 17.5 pounds a week is amazing. The anesthesia can make you feel a bit down until it is all flushed from the system, but you are doing very well! Smile... you are successful!

  14. Since you have no info in your profile, could be a bit more specific about the problem. How long banded, weight loss so far, if this a plateau how long? Would love to help but need a starting point.

  20. If you are not sliming you are fine. Keep drinking water to be sure you are not stuck.
  21. Tell the nurse you can't stick it out anymore. Or go to the office and camp out!
  22. I followed the doctors instructions, but was on liquids 3 week, then straight to soft foods. It seems every practice has its own regime. You should get details before or immediately after surgery!
  23. Most likely, but you should still chew... you can get stuck if you over reach!
