motivation.

So I was banded on Dec 14...and I was on a liquid diet for 2 days prior...well when I started my liquid diet I was 298.5 and today I an 281 ..that is 17.5 lbs in a week... I was starting to feeling very down....but today's reading turned my thoughts and feelings around completely....

    Fantastic progress. 17.5 pounds a week is amazing. The anesthesia can make you feel a bit down until it is all flushed from the system, but you are doing very well! Smile... you are successful!
