After many years of considering my options for weight loss surgery I finally got the courage to commit to the Lap Band. I had my surgery just a few weeks after my first appt and I have never regretted my decision. There are days that are harder than others but that is true in anything we do. My story is just beginning so for now I will say... to be continued.
