  8. I do! I'm only two weeks out, but man Its hard. I can only do one at a time. And they sit there and feel heavy. They fill me up. I'm a nurse and always tease my patients that they take so many pills they don't need a meal. Well seems that is true for us! I started my vitamins today and my tummy is not happy!!! I am having some pain. Wish I had some great advice for you. But all I can say is take it slow like I do. Best wishes

  13. Wow that's a long time on liquids! I am two weeks out and have been on full liquids since my hospital stay. I was supposed to switch to mushies tomorrow but am not due to some lingering pain. Its at least one more week of liquid for me. My guess is that some doctors are extra cautious. Better to be safe than sorry I guess....
  14. Had my 2 week check up today. Not only did I not lose...but I GAINED 4 LBS!!!! what on earth, how can this be? I am not eating much but do get my protein and water in. This is beyond discouraging. I need a new outlook, the mind is a powerful thing. How do I get this weight dropping?

  17. I had my sleeve two weeks ago. I went for my two week check up today and actually GAINED four pounds from what I weighed a few days after surgery. Huge bummer. I am just praying to God that things pick up. Be greatful for your loss, I am only down 16 now, 15 of those lost on the preop diet. It will continue to come off.
  18. False alarm. One more week of liquids is what my Dr. decided. Oh well.....
