how come im not losing?!?!

Had my 2 week check up today. Not only did I not lose...but I GAINED 4 LBS!!!! what on earth, how can this be? I am not eating much but do get my protein and water in. This is beyond discouraging. I need a new outlook, the mind is a powerful thing. How do I get this weight dropping?

First- breathe!!! Everything is okay. Your body has just been through major surgery and it's holding on to everything while you heal. They pump you full of liquid during surgery too, so you may or may not have shed that yet. Do a search on the 3 week stall. You'll get more info from that. You probably just hit it early. Please don't fret. All will be good : )

I completely understand....I was on a 4 week stall that i just came out of today. It's horrible and you hate it but your body really needs time to heal and as long as your doc and nut say your doing the right amounts of food, protein and carbs, then keep going and try to know it will eventually come off.
