I became morbidly obese (100+ over weight) when I was 31. Even though it took until age 31 to show, I have always had bad eating habits. Typical lunch, McDonald's quarterpounder meal - typical dinner, Wendy's Single with fries - (my Mom didn't cook very much). I went through all the diets, T-Factor, Atkins, Weight Watchers....always loosing weight, then regaining. Then came the "acceptance" of my weight and years of eating anything/everytime I wanted. Just had the VSG on 8/23/11.
