I have always been a small person. I weighed 118 pounds until I turned 45. Then it just went out of control. I have tried metabolic research, diet pills, weight watchers, and each time I lose weight it comes back more than I lost and faster than I lost. 6 months of weight loss comes back in 3 weeks.
