  1. Was wondering if there are any local bansters in the Frederick, MD area. Wanting to go to the gym but looking for a group to go with.
  2. Yeah, I'm right there with. I can loose around 30+ lbs myself and still be the same size, but of course they are looser. I'm currently an 18 at 236 lbs and won't see that 16 until around 210. Kind of stinks, but trying not to be discouraged, only because it's been like that my entire life.
  3. My sister had the bypass and had several issues, I opted for lapband. If complications arise, at least it's reversable.
  4. Hi I was banded yesterday myself. I'm feeling just like you, don't want to do anything but lay around and sleep myself. Don't know if stomach is gas pains or just plain ole pain from having my surgery. My doctor told me I would feel like this for a few days and told me to get some rest. I try to walk a little around the house. I'm sure things will get better for us. My stomach feels like it weighs a ton right now.
  5. Yes I agree, do exactly what the doctor says. My insurance made me do supervised weightloss for 6 months. I feel very fortunate, he had a nutritionist right in his office. Don't worry too much, your date might seem far away, but it's right around the corner. Best of luck!
  6. Congratulations, mine is scheduled for September 1. Good Luck!
