I started my weight loss journey in November of 2010. I went for a regular doctor check up and weighed in at 409 lbs. I was also diagnosed with hypertension that day.
I started seeing Dr. Wagner in February of 2011. I was put on a 1200 calorie diet. My insurance required that I did the diet for 6 months. On July 21st (My last diet appointment), I had lost over 50 lbs. Backtracking a bit, on July 11, 2011, I was diagnosed with type II diabetes. That was a MAJOR wake up call!
I had my surgery on August 17th, 2011. Keep checking back for updates on weight loss!
