  5. I have lost 100 lbs in 7 months. The problem is I can't lose no more. It's been a month or so and I can't get passed the 100 lbs. How long does a Plateau last. I'm still doing the same thing as I was when I was losing. I even increased my walking and added some free weights. Anybody with the same issue. Thanks in advanced

  7. These are some low carb foods and high in protein. Greek yogurt, ground turkey, chicken, beans, egg whites, tuna, and protein shakes
  8. I have had that problem lately. Ever since I lost 100lbs. I gain 1 or 2 lbs and them I lose them. I cant seems to break the 100lbs mark. It gets frustrating but hopefully i could break it. Good luck
  9. Glad your surgery went well. I think its just nausea, the Dr should of given you some meds.
  10. The reason they ask to lose the weight is for your liver to shrink and its easier to put the band on.

  15. I'm really happy with my band. I've lost 100lbs in 7 1/2 months and still going. One thing you have to keep in mind it's just a tool, you have to do your part too. Good luck

  17. I have always been a big person. I tried so many diets as well just to gain the weight back. I had the lap band 7 months ago and I'm now down 100lbs. It's alot easier with the band as long as you know how to use the tool (band).

  20. I had a hernia, but the Dr took care of it when he did the surgery. Hope you get it fixed soon. Good luck with the weightloss and on your journey!
