went for a walk with the hubby and the dog and they walk alot fasters...but kept up the best I could....in a bit of pain..but keeping an eye on the prize...I want onederland...badly!!!

So my husband annoyed me this weekend and he tried to make up for it...by buying all my favorite foods..ugh so I had to explain to him it was a nice thought but please don t do that again..

So I did another 5k sore and walking slow today...and I wanted to quit but keep pushing thru...mind of pain..Hope all you all have a good monday!

so glad I have learned happy medium...

Since I am not losing weight as I should be i have re-evauated and now i am following rules and doing 5ks hopefully that helps
