Sounds like your too tight and need an unfill,I have just went through the same stuff. I had 3 taken out and oh what a difference it made right off.

Go and get a unfill. this has just happen to me and not a good feeling at night. I had 6 1/2 and my dr took out 3 for 6 weeks so my band ( pouch) could heal. he also put me on shakes and soft foods for 6 weeks...so its not normal at all,kinda scary -
I need some new breakfast and lunch ideas. I feel like Im not getting my protein in,im not a breakfast person Any suggestions??

I would talk to my Dr. I had 6 1/2 in my band and been having really bad reflux at night, to the point it was waking me up.Coughing like crazy!! This morning I went to see my Dr. and he took out .5. Im kinda sad of having fluid taken out, but I want to stay healthy -
