  1. I'm Day 11 post-op and I still feel tightness too, and soreness. I think we are just still healing, although I see my doctor in four days, so I'll be sure to find out!
  2. I find that alot of people think lapband is taking the easy way out - and I have to disagree! Deciding to physically alter my body in order to change my health has been the hardest thing I've ever done. I'm Day 11 Post-op now and don't regret it for a second - and every person I know who has the band tells me the exact same thing. Yes, it is an adjustment, but YOU are worth it!
