Does the tightness in my chest mean I should stop drinking? I'm 4 days post-op and I'm not even coming close to getting all my fluids in. I'm sipping constantly. But it just hurts. Is this normal? How long was it after your surgery when you started feeling like yourself again? I know everyone's journey is different and each day is definitely better than the previous day... I am 3 days post-op and I have some tightness too. I think mine is the gas because of the way it comes and goes. I feel better today. Hopefully it will pass. Good luck in your journey.

I'm Day 11 post-op and I still feel tightness too, and soreness. I think we are just still healing, although I see my doctor in four days, so I'll be sure to find out!
