I had VSG in November 2011 with Dr. Kelly in Mexico.  After 4 1/2 years my sleeve stretched and I had a lot of acid reflux so I went back to Mexico and had a revision to mini gastric bypass on March 31, 2016.  I was scheduled with Dr. Illan but he had an emergency that day and Dr. Zavalza stepped in and did my surgery. The acid reflux came back 10 times worse and found out my esophageal sphincter doesn't close. Had surgery #3 (rny) on Feb. 3rd, 2020 with Dr. Illan.
