Here's my info:
Surgery Date: July 26, 2011 (received a small fill)
1st fill - 4 weeks later - no restriction
2nd fill - 3 weeks later - no restriction
3rd fill - 2 weeks later - still no restriction (I think I'm at 5 cc's)
Next Fill 10/26 (4 weeks later) - feeling a bit restricted. Think I may be close to the green zone
As you can see, I went 4 weeks, 3 weeks, 2 weeks and 4 weeks. I go back in 6 weeks next time and hopefully I will be in the green zone!
I'm sure all doctors are different though

That may be a little bit of restriction you're feeling.. but not necessarily the green zone.
An ideal "fill" level should be just tight enough to let you gradually lose weight. That means you should still be able to eat enough to get the nutrients that you need, while still reducing the overall amount you can actually eat.
When you're in the green zone you won't be hungry between meals, You're still having good weight loss, you've got good portion control, and you feel satisfied. According to my doctor, sometimes adjustments are necessary to keep you in that zone.... especially because as we lose fat.. the fat pad where our ports are located will cause the band to loosen up for awhile. I'm in my green zone now, but have to have tiny little fills to stay there if that makes sense?!
Hope that helps.
How often do you have your tiny fills?

I've been taking Isotonix vitamins. I use the multivitamin, the Vit D w/ K2 (I'm deficient in Vit D) and the OPC-3. Love, love, love them!! I will soon be buying the Vitamin B by Isotonix.
Questions About The Fills?

I think it depends on the doctor and how agressive they are with their fill amounts. My doctor took it slow and easy. I had my surgery on July 26th and didn't feel restriction until November. I have never felt overfilled and horrible after a fill and I think thats why.
