I will concur with cowgirljane and say that I too did not have pain with my plastic surgeries. I had three separate surgeries and it is uncomfortable but not painful and yes the compression garments help a lot. I think everyone must have a different pain threshold. It certainly is NOT the most painful surgery; I think those that say this have not had any plastics.

Hi Kris, Hang in there. The rewards are there. Just give it a few more weeks. I am grateful I did not experience any of your level of pain. I had a LBL, breast and butt lift 6 months ago in Tijuana also, but with a different plastic surgeon, and understand what you are going through. I am sure the doctor can help with adjusting your medication to make you more comfortable. No one likes pain! Thank you for sharing your story, and please know everything will get better.

2 miles. I increased my speed. Thought I was going to pass out!!!
It was cold and my asthma flared up.
I felt so good after that run!
When I got home I was panting gulps of air. I stood over my gas heater an breathed in hot air and was breathing better in no time.
19 miles total for the month.

Day 8 Insanity: 8 days and this is the first day that sweat has poured off of me, a good sign? But I am so tired as I type this my arms are quivering. Also did 3 planks at about 25s each. I am so tired that if there was an alternate way of breathing, I would do it.

Exceeded my 3 mile goal today. I ran 3 1/2 miles which brings my total up to 11 1/2 this month.

Thanks for the company. On Friday I thought I was the only nut running in the dark cold freezing rain. I did 2 miles again. I hate it gets dark so quick!

I'm in for this month. I think I am ready now. My Plastic Surgery set me back 6 months.
I do not know how much I can do. I am working towards a 15K marathon on March 1, 2014.
So far this month 4 miles. Yahoo!!!!!!

I've had to spend money on work clothes but my husband is buying me expensive brands from goodwill, withl tags. For my daily clothes? 2 pairs of jeans, $20 each from Walmart (lee riders) several colorful tshirts from walmart ($8/piece). You're not cheap--or if you are, we all are. I think it's only sensible.
I did buy bras and panties from macys but on sale so they were $15/piece for bras and 6 panties for like $20.
As I've said before, I think I look a lot better in my $30 outfit than I ever did when heavy and wearing suits worth hundreds of dollars
