  1. So right now I am just about at 5 months post op. I have slipped back into old habits. I don’t feel like I am losing weight as best as i can. How did you handle this, if this happened to you. Did you just restart the protein shakes? I am just feeling bummed and disappointed in myself.

    Sexy Halloween costume?

I am either doing Johnny Depp's Mad Hatter or Jack Skeleton from Nightmare before Christmas. I have been watching some Halloween make up tutorials on Youtube. I cant wait to wear a sexy costume. Next year for sure.. Sent from my A450TL using the BariatricPal App
  12. Just had my treadmill stress test. I think i did pretty good. If everything looks good, dr will write clearance letter. Just one more step to surgery. Only thing is, for my psychologist clearance, i have to pay out of pocket as my insurance (Cigna) doesnt cover it. Crazy but it's ok. Sacrifices are gonna be worth it. BUT what made me happy was that, I am 7lbs down since my nutrition appointment on the 28th of Sept.Woo hoo! Sent from my A450TL using the BariatricPal App
